".....Markets operate based on future expectations, if anybody were holding short positions, as you so much imply, and then such news would cause a near immediate reaction....." Why are there three accounts frozen by the court? How many shares are frozen? What was the court's decision in this matter? Why does Meyerson request 800K directly from the company? Why does NITE request 2MM shares? You are so oblivious about AZNT and continue to spew your party-line dribble from your pious, you are completely seperated from the issue. RB
