record date will be set after comments from SEC. 1:3 on shares currently held. Tucker Anthoy is Lead underwriter, others will be in it but I don't know, Exact price will be set as road show stirs up demand, heard filing price is 8, 5 is the discounted price to shareholders, Rts will trade seperately with their own symbol, my guess is value is about 1-3 dollars unless offering price goes up. DID ANYONE READ THE BARRONS ARTICLE ON p 40 about embeded system controls. There are 10 - 25 BILLION chips out there in the world that need to be checked for y2k problems. What an opportunity for EN!
