Ben, re. HEB, I saw the news from 'Century City Securities, Inc'. Like you, I checked the filings to see if they were a selling shareholder, and I didn't see their name.

So I did an AltaVista search, and came up with about 4 entries. One was from the website www.ipocentral.com . Seems that they were an underwriter on one IPO in recent history. I took a quick look at the S-1 and saw that only 1 M shares were being sold ... otherwise I would have investigated it further as a possible short selling opportunity.

Anyway, so why did they put out this news release?

Well, remember that the shares from the private placement last year are just now coming out of lockout. Either somebody paid them to do the news release, or they have shares of their own. That's my guess.
