Is it possible that a feeling of despair deep in your gut could be a useful contrarian indication?

Market cap is $63 M, putting the p/b at exactly 1.0

They have $42 M cash.

Stocks often fall below book when expectations are bad, but in my brief experience I can't recall a stock falling below cash. I hope we're close to the floor.
