Hi limtex:

Since you like to speculate on the effect of a Russian
economic collapse on CLECS, may I suggest that you should
look at GTSG, a CLEC which does the lion's share of its
business in the former Soviet Union. You have got to
wonder why shorts would want to bother with Winstar,
when they have GTSG to kick around.:)
