After this "ground floor" opportunity finishes digging its grave, I might take another look. ... but probably not. I mean I only expect to live another 30 years or so.

From the information in the final prospectus, I can't imagine any reason why even the boldest speculator would show any interest in this.

And in fact from the trading information, it looks like there is no interest whatsoever. About 14 trades in the past week with less than 25,000 shares trading hands at prices between $0.60 and $0.90.

I prefer 6-49 tickets to this. At least with 6-49, I have 1 chance in about 14 million of winning.

With QLT, the NDA will proceed this fall and I fully expect the price to more than double while PBP either folds or tries to float a secondary.
