The company announced yesterday that they were unable to
complete the private placement announced in July. This
means that they will not be able to keep the option on
the property in Slovakia.

It looks like PIG will now join the other junior resource
stocks and hope that these current conditions can improve.
The property on Porcher Island is a gold property and with
the current low gold price, no work will be completed in
the near future.

They had several groups of investors interested in doing
the private placement, but in the end, nobody came thru
on their promise. The lesson to be learned from this is
that its not a done deal until the money is in the bank.
