Doesn't he always? Just kidding, Craig. Re Russia, the interesting thing to me is that it is getting much more attention from the market than it deserves. It's far from being a major trading partner and I'm having a hard time thinking of who, besides Soros and the German banks, will be harmed financially by its currency troubles. BTW, don't you think Gorby would be doing a better job there than Yeltsin? I've always seen Boris as a populist/opportunist rather than the kind of leader that could guide the country through difficult economic reforms. Gorby's the one who made political reforms happen peacefully.
