Favors must be shorting HWP and ALK now based purely on technical reasons, counting on help from the overall market. Most people who shorted them did so long ago based on fundamental/technical reasons and covered during the recent heavy selloff. For instance a few shorted HWP in the low 60's when INTC announced the delay in the Merced chip and covered their shorts at 52ish.
