OK.
I talked with the BT Alex Brown guy today who was in here. They are the prime trader and are the underwriter for SSW.
He said that the recent dive is not based on any fundamentals that he is aware of. (They have to say that.) He said that their best guess at why it is down is because it is part of the same sector that CA (Computer Associates) is in. The two companies have an almost identical external profile. Although CA is a skin'em and burn'em company, while SSW saves the core R&D that CA does not.

This is a stock to load up on. It is probably near the bottom, down almost half for no particular real reason.
