JMT,

There are still more convertibles out there. These will have impact, however I believe YESS may have negotiated out of the conversion for a period of time til the share price moves higher.

Revenues are lower because Kingsborough sold off several product lines during the past year. That is the main reason for the revenue drop.

The settlement will not adversely affect YESS.

I wonder what Gruntal has been up to the last few months ?????
