don, ok, see if i understand it now - since your technicals are just entering into sell, if it quickly goes down, it would move the technicals from upper range to lower range and the decline will be over soon - however, now that it moved back up, and technicals are still pointing down, we have room to fill before it would turn, and because the technicals are very volatile that means the magnitude of move would be big. new low went over 500 again and SPX is not even at the low. the move back up was a pump and dump job by Soro's No.2 man - God knows how much they lost in Russia and badly need U.S. to stay up.
