Market cap loss is relevant only if earnings are not impacted. What I heard on CNBC this afternoon was that at conference call to analysts (co really cares about individual investors, gave them a chance to get out first this AM) FORE presicted lower earnings by 5cents next year. So they spent $250,000,000 to lose earnings growth. NOT a good deal.
