To Farmer Yes, I'm in Ulaanbaatar now, but can still keep my eyes on things thanks to the marvel of computers. Lord help me if I lose my notebook. Roger Sylvestre is Executive VP, a director, and a founder of the company. Besides working many more decades than he'll admit to in the mining business, he's work as an independent contractor in more countries than most people could name. Kind of a "been there done that" kind of guy. Doesn't hurt that he's very personable to boot. Roger's presence enables me to do the kind of things I'm doing now. Dave
