Sorry Emile, but no, I cannot acknowledge that. You can wrap what you spew under the shroud of religion and love, but a spade is a spade. You can recite scriptures, text from books to support your position, but if it walks like a duck.....
Perhaps, (and JUST perhaps) you don't even realize what your obsession is, but most can see you for what you are. A poor soul that has once again been brainwashed by the dogma you have been taught. And just like the little KKK children who speak with hate at six and seven years old, so will your children spawn another generation of mindless souls, willing to believe something if it is said often enough.
What you give us an example of is why religion is so much of what is wrong with this world. All these scriptures, Talmud, etc, etc, were written by scared people who couldn't figure out what weather was, how they fit into the world, didn't know what the stars in the sky were, etc. They needed something to explain the unexplainable, and thus the scriptures, etc, were born. Over time, religion has been used to control people, to the detriment of society, IMHO. While everyone needs something to believe in, religion has been used to promote an all-knowing, punishment minded supreme being, who is supposed to be all loving, all forgiving, etc. And yet this same being has visited earth with floods, locusts, plagues, and the like, all in the name of LOVE? Please... Are we all not from the same place, the same spirit? Then why do we all separate ourselves from each other with religion?? It's all CACA.
Listen, you are far more versed than me in the scriptures, and it would be pointless to try to argue logic with you, so I won't try. I have neither the time, energy or inclination. I do however thank you for the polite exchange.
Please, continue to spew your venom, and maybe you'll convince some lonely, looking for answers soul who can join you aboard that spaceship you're on. And, maybe others will be alerted to just what kind of people are out there, so they may protect themselves and their children. |
