damn :) .

That's a tough question. Never easy answers. There is an old adage on the street that says volume precedes price. Well....that's true. But how many times does a stock rise on above average volume only to be set up for a bigger decline in the days and weeks to follow? I'll answer that. All the friggen time. You just never know. That's why 'price' studies are the number one best indicator. It still is true that the best trading and investment strategies are the 'price' breakout methods and systems. Unfortunately....the closer in time you set your parameters the more false break outs will occur. Some combination of fundamental and technical analysis seems the way to go. But then again Mr. Buffet uses only fundamental value analysis in determining entry points. And I can hardly argue with him. So what is the true value of aipn? Almost impossible to determine because of all the uncertainties over there in Kaz land. I never thought the stock price would fall to a buck however.....but that's the way it goes on the street sometimes. Periods of extreme over valuations followed by periods of extreme under valuations. I still feel the refinery as an ongoing concern is worth nearly 2 bucks. The Kaz option is free at this point. The fears in the oil patch along with the delays to the drilling program have caused investors to lose hope. The blood is in the streets. It has to be time to buy. Good luck to ya .....there goes that damn goose again. lol
