Once again not a very specific release.... It states it will be filed "shortly" whatever that means (wonder if that means 6 to 9 months more or what)? Based on the past this doesn't mean much.

This will be progress once we see it, but not until then. Once we are able to read it in detail then all of the skeletons in the closet will be out... I am sure there will be some. AMAZING they supposedly have found independent financing, I guess they had too since they have practically eliminated the stock price to no value and the presses are probably in need of cost repair! Sorry for pessimistic view!

"In addition, Liteglow has advised that their SEC Attorney, Jonathan Shepard of Siegel, Dunay & Shepard of Boca Raton, Fla., is in the final stages of completion of form 10-SB, which will be filed shortly with the SEC to allow Liteglow to become a fully reporting company."

As for whether they file a 10QSB or a 10KSB is not relevant. If it is audited results for a quarter it will be a 10QSB and if it is audited results for a full year it will be a 10KSB. Obviously for prior years they will need to file 10KSB's and for this year they can only file 10QSB since the year is not complete (depending on companies financial year).

ANXIOUSLY AWAIT 10SB RESULTS!!!!
