Better check those business Winstone 98 scores for the old Celeron.
It also had a bad reputation.
Important thing now is the Cleron A, clock for clock is as fast as the Pentium II...the old Celeron was a lot slower clock for clock esp in programs that used L2 cache.
Even at Intels recommended settings, a CelA-333 system is the equal of a Pentium II 350 system.
