Is it in an IRA? Because otherwise I think you pay the taxes anyway when you sell a fund even to put in another fund. But not if its in an IRA.
Fidelity Computers has been a very fine fund. In fact, now you remind me, my 403B is in Fidelity (it has to be, via employers orders) and I could put some in that one.

Where else to put money but Dell????
