Somebody correct me if I am wrong but is , netpirates, World Wide Web have any contacts with the United States . . . ie, incorporation in Nevada, California or some jurisdiction around here. If so why has not the company in due diligence relocate for tax purposes and legal purposes based on the recent legislations. It seems puzzling to me. I noticed other companies are pulling out of the states to get away as far as possible from the jurisdictions of the United States to avoid meeting the minimum in-state contacts test. Saving themselves and their shareholders revenue rather than lining the pockets of law firms in legal battles. As much as we want to say internet gaming should be legal, the issue is not settled. For example, just look at the recent moves by Global Intertainment Corporation (GGNC) www.ggncwins.com where they recently announced that they would move the total operation, what was left that is, out of the United States. A prudent move on GGNC's part.

Just my opinion.
