Here are the numbers...Corvas has 13.7 million shares out..at $4.62/share...that gives a capitalization around $63 million..After today's deal it has around $30 million in cash...Its' technology is being valued at $33 million!! Consider that the Schering deals alone are valued at about $80 million (of course, if they are successful)...then add the collaborations with Pfizer and Centocor...and the kicker, they intend to advance their NAP program on their own to insure a significant cut, and trials are anticipated to begin in early "97...I suggest investor's check out their web-site at www.corvas.com...read the corporate news...
