Chuca, I admire high tech, your drilling machine is magnificent. Don't hold your breath waiting for Maxam to default on claims. I heard on the AGM tape that the cost to bring Peoria to 2.5 tons/day is $4.5MM. The cost for Custom Milling LLC is ~$5MM. I was surprised at the potential income for Custom Milling. There must be a large number of other desert dirts digging ore out there. One forecast had an annual income of ~$150MM for that $5MM Custom Milling investment. I find it hard to understand why people aren't just throwing money at that ROI.
