I have stock in this as well and have been lurking because I know very little about mines and penny stocks. I've been learning alot. However, it seems to me that the agreement pertaining to the offer was under the understanding that the board had 80% of the shares in their control. Because they do not, and have to go to the share holders to get a voting approval, that gives CMI an out. Someone mentioned earlier that an extension will be not likely granted. It seems we are all in for the long haul. This being understood may very well be the reason the stock has not gone uo to .375. I hope I'm wrong and please understand that I'm not bashing, I'm just trying to be realistic and understanding of the situation. Long and waiting for the best for all WFHSR
