George, Your reason for being upset with everything concerning DCI right now seems to revolve around our current share price. As you pointed out, you have a "paper loss" (as do I and I am sure many others which you don't seem moaning and groaning about our share price). Our current share is only important if a person is wanting to sell his shares NOW. Our stock price can go to .01 but if Murphy completes his goal and we see $10, that event means little or nothing to most of us. My only concern about our current share price would be whether it could keep deals from getting signed and my research indicates that it should not have any effect so my only other concern is to find unbroken piggy banks with which to buy more shares at these levels. (G) If the current share price makes you angry I suggest you find some other way to blow off steam than to unfairly attack long term faithful DCTC members such as Brad and Scott who have contributed much, and you owe those folks an apology IMO.

All of the Covertible series raised needed cash for DCI and I do not resent those shares having been sold into our float. I do hope we will be able to use other forms of financing in the future, but if not then that's ok too.

What is your cost average on your shares? I think that you will be much more comfortable if you sell next time we reach that level.

James
