I guess my only concern is whether they USE this line of credit. With the news release stating that they won't have to issue more of the Authorized because they have enough for an acquisition, then the alleged further issuance of more (past the Authorized limit without shareholder approval?), I hope this is just a financial backup, not something they NEED! Still waiting... -LIPS-
