No Products Since 1994 ? or No New Products at All ?
Perhaps you should take this one to your trainer before answering any more of my questions. You really are not doing well at all here bmart. FDA Approval is another process entirely if I read your double speak right and of course, I was asking about substantiation and new products. Perhaps we should shorten it to a few less words. Would you care to go read the whole filing to see if you can figure out the answer.
A dietary supplement which contains a new dietary ingredient (i.e., not on the market before October 15, 1994) will require evidence of a historical use or other evidence of safety establishing that it is reasonably expected to be safe.
So they can't market it without someone saying it is safe, and they can't claim it does anything without substantiation, or they could of course, just Ask the Indian
Like I said bmart, take this one to your trainer. Please don't repeat your line again as it is obviously wrong, someone substantiates these products. I know, I could request the assayment, whatever that means, but you are thinking backwards. No small investor is going to go to any trouble for projected revenues.
Hey, do you suppose they just .... Ask the Indian
Being obviously wrong seems to be a specialty of yours. You can go back to playing cops and robbers now, I am sure that is much more fun. |
