chuz - when el says Elwood asked "Are you saying that CPQ has 7 weeks of inventory??? I keep hearing 2-3 weeks he is clearly talking about channel inventory. he doesn't say it, but there has not been any discussion or assertion that cpq had 2-3 weeks of internal inventory, in fact with the exception of yours truly and present company, I don't think anyone on the cpq thread has discussed anything but channel inventory. that's where the disconnect occurred. Maybe I should have just clarified it instead of slamming drew but then we wouldn't have had all this fun!! And we absolutely agree that CPQ does not own the channel inventory, that's one of the points in my original post of this entertaining series, and that's why the annual report will not yield it through calculation. Do you think anyone else will understand any of this?
