The reason PAIR's stock price is getting beat-up is:

1. Graph looks ugly; tech stocks look ugly; market looks ugly.
2. Top line growth is anemic for a supposed high growth industry. Top line growth is the compensation for heavy R&D by tech companies and it isn't showing up in PAIR.
3. ADSL equipment will be a commodity type product very soon and will get a big yawn from Wall Street.
4. Many believe the best bandwidth solution to the home is thru Hybrid /Fiber Coax...your local cable company.

I believe ADSL will get the most acceptance in the residential area rather than by businesses. So ADSL is at the mercy of fickle consumers and I don't believe they will be buying into higher bandwidth solutions like ADSL and cable modems for many years.

Slow deployment and slow consumer acceptance all of which is reflected in PAIR's current stock price.
