As has been stated in an earlier post, GTIS will never be even remotely similar to INTC or MSFT. Their business structure is completely different. GTIS is a publisher and distributor. Truth is they don't really develope anything, they sell it. MSFT and INTC enjoy a different market in more than a few regards namely 1)They lead the industry in the fields that they specialize in 2)They have a unique bind on the personal computer industry 3)With #2 and #3 they have a much broader base in which to build new products than their competition. 4)Because of #3 their competition has been severely hampered from gaining any recognizable market share. 5) They are involved in almost all aspects of the means to production required, namely research, development, marketing, manufacturing and sales.

GTIS depends heavily on the fortunes of other companies, they are engaged against some powerful competition and they don't have the luxury of making too many mistakes in judgement with the products that they distribute. However, I don't look at this as a bleak picture. The fact is they have done very well making money in their market and have become quite accomplished at it.
