Shake-man, Your a trip I like your stuff, However, will the TFRYs be as good as McD ? Ray Kroc (and Dick McD) were friends of mine. Great fries are not easy. Read Kroc's book, Grinding it Out, if you want to know more about why. Now, if the quality can be maintained, maybe.....Still, I'm not sure about the stand alone vending machine part ???? Maybe.....in the right locations ??? Yah, I think I could give this one a kick start (I may offer my services) if the quality is close --the key will be to control the moisture----pre blanch, etc ??? I actualy have the first operating manual (Kroc gave it to me) for his first store--#0001. It's quite a work, and the sections on fries is really beautiful. Mitch
