Yup Tonto, and the 70MM issued at jun.29! So next correction must be the 10Q, as it also, in the amended version, had total outstanding shares as per Jun 30. = 220MM. My calc round figures looks like this: Dec 31. 1997 outstanding 164MM Issued according to latest 10Q 55MM Issue in FAMC deal 70MM Even though still outstanding, coming back from FAMC inventory of ARET shares - subtract -13MM the figure more like 276MM-289MM I do not get it - Unless the 70MM were not issued but already in the company - Though it should have been mentioned in 10Q that there were inventory of own shares - Or?. ???????????????????????????????????? Vocab to avoid further Rosy mistakes: Authorized = The total quantity af shares that can be issued under current internal rules in co. Outstanding = Quantity of issued shares. Float = Part of outstanding that are out in free trade. Kr Jens
