Excellent post -- and sobering. My impression had been that once he left the COO title last fall CB had devoted himself to the big picture, leaving day-to-day management to D'auguste. If he really is micromanaging the business, that is not good news. If re-tooling the culture is what is needed, it will be a long wait, since CB will not go easily.
