Cube,

Hi! You and I agree on one thing even though we are on the opposite spectrum of this stock. You are shorting and still making money and I am long this stock and patiently and hopefully waiting for my day of reward. The common thing between us is, imo the lousy management which has benefited you. I have one stupid question to ask you and others: Could the lenders or whatever that mrvc got 200 mil from on the basis of $27 share price be shorting this stock if the deal is such that if and when mrvc cannot maintain its $27 share price for a certain period of time, the debenture holders can be paid in share prices when they are very low. Thus, they get more shares for the same money, they have made money by shorting it to achieve that and now they have an opportunity to make more if the stock appreciates. Now who is left holding the empty sac, the old shareholders, cause management has already gotten its 200 mil. Could this be one unknown factor that nrvc's stock be so down? I am just asking. I need help in this matter from experts in this area. I am just raising one possible scenario. Peace and good luck.
