Brandon:
My impression is that as a public company TT can't announce something like the funding at a cc because of securities regulations; that there would have to be an official press release prior to the cc. Apparently it would be a violation related to insider information. I may be wrong on this so maybe someone who's up on those regs could fill us in.

Your question as to what happened to the announcement is a good one and I'm sure mirrors the skepticism and growing disillusionment felt by many of us. What I've perceived has been an ongoing process of disinformation, butt-covering, and "smoke-screening" by management coming right from the top. Another good question is how Rene and the individuals conducting the negotiations could for months so grossly misjudge the status of the negotiations?? This, to me at least, raises questions as to the basic competence of those involved. So you end up with a basic recipe containing both deception and incompetence. I'm not sure as to the proportions of each, but you end up with a pretty smelly stew.

I hope I'm wrong, but if there's no announcement prior to the cc, my guess is that we'll again be treated to more Pie-in-the-sky puffery. Let's hope that I'm mistaken and we all go dancing merrily off into the sunset.

Regards, Dave C
