Hi Roman. Your fellow Edmontonian here. I haven't jumped into IPM - yet. You make a strong case for it I must admit. Just so many stocks to chose from this time of year. If you had a $1 today would you drop it into FLA or IPM? I know that's an unfair question to post on this thread.

What development(s) (if any) do you expect to really move this stock in the first quarter of '97 (excluding an unexpected recovery in prec metal prices).

I saw you refer to IPM as your "first pick" on another post. Have you got a list of your top 5 mining expl and develop stocks for '97? I have about 30 stocks I'm following which I expect to show a least 150% return to their 52wk highs (hopefully more) and not much downside at present levels. Still trying to pick my favourite 8-10. But as you know timing is everything. i.e. The VB stocks that have no other properties won't be drilling for another 4+ months.

Goodnight for now. Maybe we should start a thread/contest where everyone picks 5 Cdn traded mining stocks and compare returns vs. Dec '96 prices. If we get enough interest it could be fun and stimulate conversation about various stocks.
