Firstly I didn't know that I was at your beck and call when you stated "I am still waiting for your answer to my question." I am certainly not obligated to answer your questions and your demands remain unheard. Why do you not ask Thermo Tech to answer your questions? Is it perhaps that you might be suspect of their nswers? Secondly, I believe you may have answered your own question in the post subsequent to your DEMAND for information from me at post number 13433. * Can anyone be more specific as to what was not turned over that was suppose to be? What specific drawings etc. are being identified as not being turned over per the Judges ruling? * It MAY have to do with the "compliance" (or lack thereof) of the court order handed down by Justice Cohen when he ruled in favor of Trooper Technologies on January 20th, 1998 and subsequently found Thermo Tech to be in "blatant" contempt of court for continuing to disobey that order on July 19th, 1998. Contrarty to what Thermo Tech & Rene has stated, even to this day the "order" has not been satisfied and they CONTINUE to be in "blatant" contempt of court. Continued...
