Here is a must read post... posted on the other "board." That darned Obwon is hard to keep a step ahead of <g>
ragingbull.com

Well Obwon I can see that tin foil on the windows idea isnt working <g>

So I guess I had better point out some things that, are being discussed but also being over looked.

First everyone is curious about our preferred stock, and why it was done... well true enough it was done with the idea of placating some of the guys that have taken a beating over the past few months. But there is also underlying reasons. See we are limiting the O/S shares to 100,000 shares total, the current shareholders get apx 40,000 CVIA has 60,000 to raise capital if we need it.

But there is a little point being over looked, to get a board listing a company has to have 2,000,000 available to trade, at $4.00 a share minimal. Well since the preferred shares will be going off near X10 of the common stock, and the P's are now part of our stock structure, and are convertible to a total of 1,000,000 shares in 2003. I have just put us at 50% the qualifiers needed for a board listing! Better yet the P's arent executable until 2003, so you guys can look forward to a 2 for 1 split one of these days, and once it goes and holds $5 a share we go after our listing!

The nice part about this is, the P's wont come into play for 5 years, so only those holding the 1 million in common are the only ones entitled to the Divs for the next five years.

Hope everyone now can see that the P's are issued for a reason, (and it wasnt just to print more paper.) So for the next 5 years hopefully the common share holders can look forward to a teeny tiny float paying some nice diverse divs, and possibly a board listing in the near future <g>

The thing is all this takes time, and like you... I just dont want a bunch of hype setting unrealistic expectations, I dont want the stock to spike and crash... spike and crash time and time again. This takes time, and there are factors in play that take time, so once again lets enjoy our up trend... and BE PATIENT. My goal is to keep us in a nice steady up trend for the next 2 or 300 years <LOL>

KAA

Matt good to see you back, I was wondering where you had been hiding during all this.
