Seems like we are diluting earnings (lol). Yes, seems like a prelude to a sale of TV. I guess CBS could just issue new shares, but the "Infinity" idea seems better. Hmmmm. Did they not at one time buy and Infinity. Wondier if existing shareholders get a shot a Mel's new, er old, company. Dan
