I don't like the release the way it was written, and I can't find anything that substantiates the claims in any specifications on any of their web sites. Whew. There, I've said it again.>> Frank, first of all thanks for your efforts. I know this is confusing, but MRVC is one company, using 3 brand names, MRV for fiber optic products, Nbase and now Xyplex for networking products. Xyplex was acquired earlier this year and was restructured as part of the Nbase division. No separate entities exist, even though each has a web site. Confusing, yes, and MRVC has received criticism for this. This technology is so potentially exciting, yet they say so little about it. As to the missing further explanation of this technology, I have forwarded your questions to their Investor Relations for possible comment. This may be part of their general availability announcement of the Optical Networking products mentioned in their June press release, which should be out within a month or two I would guess. I will post any responses I get here as well. Now to study that link you posted.
