just heard about the possible return to old system in Russia..if Yeltsin goes, I guess Clinton will be next..and then I wonder about Tony Blair and Kohl..etc
question..it would seem that if the move takes place in russia it would be better for the average citizen..one needs food to enjoy "freedom"..what are your thoughts..also have you read any Russian polls to suggest what the average citizen there wants?
It seems that they have been suffering more in survival needs now although they had no freedom before..
also wouldn't this add stability to the world again..especially if new
alliances in world power would be announced..ie other countries aligning themselves to Russia and away from the US who so very many countries must resent now since their citizens are doing so much better than most of the rest of the world.
ps. have heard rumors that the world fears Russia will sell their missiles for hard cash to terrorist countries but it doesn't make sense..it would seem their missiles are the best leverage for getting more aid..if they sold those..what bargaining position would they have?
--this has been the strangest century..wonder if Canada is getting rid of more and more safety nets the way the US has been doing..down the road there will have to be one big backlash?
