In case you didn't read this, I'm reposting this message from last night .

Post#1774:

Listen up everyone. I've cut and pasted a portion of a PM I sent to a
fellow poster on Aug. 20. I also posted a link to the historical prices
of IDCN. Based on what is stated by Mike in my PM, and looking at the
historicals, there is not much exposure to a downside on IDCN.

Since IDCN took over Prodigy in April, there has only been one week
where the price of the stock(Aug. 4-12) was very low. This stock really
did not have much volume movement until Feb. 1998(this is probably when
Jeffrey and company started buying shares before the buyout of
Prodigy). Mike Skerry is the former PR guy who pushed IDCN. My
conversation with Mike was prior to the last two PR's stating
acceptance of CMI's offer by the board. I'm posting this information so
everyone can see that the price of .09 is lower than Mike's price of
.15, which he considers a good price without the offer. So, here it is
FYI. And, BTW, yes I am holding at least until the survey results.

<< my info is from Mike Skerry. Talked to him
about an hour ago regarding IDCN. He was
surprised that IDCN mentioned his name on one
of the last few PRs. He said he supported the
company earlier in the year. Before I go on, he
said that IDCN is a good price at .15. He
doesn't think .20-.25 is a good price to get it
unless the drilling surveys come back positive,
or the buyout does happen. He stated that the
Sept. 1 deadline is too soon to get the votes
from the shareholders, and is not sure CMI will
give IDCN an extension. He did say he's seen it
both ways with other companies; an extension
granted or the offer rescinded. He said if you
have the stock now, to hold it for about a
month for the survey results.>>
