In my book the CEO, Chairman and President of Quadrax (i.e JP) takes full responsibility. From what you say, it sounds to me like JP over-hyped the situation to Sovereign partners and now he is paying for it. The SEC rules are designed to protect investors from misinformation --- whether they are individuals like us or a big investor like Sovereign. JD
