Irby, re Best way is to phone several brokers for bids/offers..that will usually drop the commission by 1/2 pt...more for corps.

Yes, its still a pain, you need an account at each firm and then when you go to sell you are stuck. I gave up on them 2 yrs+ ago, just do exchange traded. Scott

PS: Saw you on Pinks thread, I have followed him for about 16 months, he knows what he is talking about, usually successful(although the 2 picks of his I tried lost money on both) and like you said funny as hell. If you have some time to kill read the ACRT thread starting mid Dec97 where Pink held a trial, between everyone on the thread (including someone who took out a trial mem in the presidents name and a Granny from an investment club that shorted it is a hoot) Pink was suspended a few times by SI for some of his posts which can also be
very vicious at times....
