Newt's got the Bills' penchant for honesty on these matters too. He's been doing such a good job for so long keeping campaign finance reform bottled up in the house while mouthing the usual platitudes,

Actually, the way I understood it, Newt wants to focus on actual violations of current laws, rather than pass new laws to break. All the reform in the world won't do any good if no one intends to play by the rules anyway.
