God forbid, but the only thing that in the very short run (30-60 days) will help pick up the oil sectors is a conflagration in the Middle East. I suspect that the oil producing nations can't restrict their output and the value of their commodity will be driven down over a period of time to a point where they will no longer realize any gains from producing. No longer will they be able to sustain their social programs and civil unrest will become the order of the day. They are stuck in a 'Catch 22'. humbly, it PS: Slider, I'm with you, I plan on putting these companies in the drawer and checking them after a long while if things don't turn by end of September.
