Bobby, Richard I have'nt been silent on Russia....I just have nothing more to add to my over 14 months screams on this thread....Russia is not a democracy, never was and never will be (in our lifetime) Economic wise it was never a free market, never was and never will be....As for the form of govn it is like water-takes a shape of bottle.. Whoever takes power in Russia would have to re-institute FEAR-that was the only way of life and gvn that Russia knew..otherwise Anarchy takes over....My only surprise is that Yeltsin/"democrats" managed to hold -on to power that long (IMF is the reason) Very much concerned about bloodshed....
