tough call right now for the short term ... even though on the surface, it may look like its all straight-up from here. No advice, but here are the factors, pro and con, I would consider for the short term dynamics:
1. Most likely, today's 9-and-1/4 would form a *short term* bottom.
2. Pro- good news, long term potential Con - market down, old-bulls popping-out up-the-ladder to 16 now, when their pain-level-suffered is compensated by the relief-achieved at getting even. Implications ==> gradual-rise may be towards old high, but one never knows exactly when the profit-taking instincts will come into force and stop the rise. Once the slide starts, it *may* find a temp. bottom at around 9, and in the case of extended-silence, may even slide further. Again, a new news item may stop the slide. And the cycle continues ...
3. In the long run, this may prove to be just noise, won't matter to true long-term believers.
As usual, all of us do their DD ... and never rely on anything else, imho!
