Here's the real question... You stated: "I can only speak for myself, and even tho I do not understand what a private placement or JV or warrents or others options are or mean, I can only say that to me if a private placement is something like a person with deep pockets willing to help IPM continue, then if this "person" gives ipmcf shareholders a piece of the pie that will allow them to get back their initial investment over time, then to me this person is a good thing happening and I support and thank him." ...the real question is, if a financial angel is going to come in and make IPMCF worth something again, can we make a pile by buying some of these 5 cent or 1 cent shares now? Much depends on how the current shareholders will be cut in on the deal, if there ever is any deal. I suspect that those "in the know" completed their "deal" by selling some $10 - $14 shares long ago. Pal Halliday, IPMCF shareholder.
