NO WAY is AMAT making operating profits right now; what they are doing is faking operating profits by manipulating the charges. It's all legal and very advantageous given their late start at trimming costs. However that said, I expect that they will admit to operating loses this Q and big ones next, as I expect cash-flow to be too negative to hide and they will have the cover of the international market collapse
