Malcolm, thanks for the post & url. I'm kind of busy at the moment and barely glanced through it. Without getting specific I thought it was pretty good. BUT, the price is down 3 cents. My buy order at .37 still hasn't executed. Think I'll take 10 minutes and look a little closer at that filing. Might change to a market order and bet it executes below .37. Price is .31 with volume 2,000, it just doesn't make sense. Thanks again. DuGen
